Julio Gorospe, and Board Member Rodrigo De Asis congratulates the 9 outstanding production teams who made it into the finals of the Tourisinema de Cagayan 2023 Short Film Festival and handed over to the winners the prizes for the special and grand awards today at Cinema 1, Robinsons Movieworld, Robinsons Tuguegarao City.
