In his opening remarks, Sec. Ronnie M. Madalipay, Secretary to the Sanggunian of Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya, PLEASES Region – II President, expressed his appreciation for the attendance of everyone as he warmly welcomed everyone in attendance. Hon. Maila Rosario S. Ting-Que, Mayor of Tuguegarao expressed her gratitude for having the affair held in the City and its economic impact on Tuguegarao. Participants in the activity were acknowledged by Mr. Giovanni T. Camarauan, Secretary to the Sanggunian of Peñablanca, Cagayan.

In his Inspirational Message, Governor Manuel Mamba expressed his gratitude to every guest and participant and acknowledged the PLEASES Executive and Provincial officers as he emphasized his administration’s commitment to developing the province. “I ask you that you renew your commitment to professionalism, integrity, and the pursuit of the common good. Remember that our constituents rely on you to be the voice of reason and the driving force behind effective legislation. By upholding these values, we can collectively uplift our communities, strengthen our local legislative bodies, and make significant strides towards realizing our local government unit’s development agenda,” he further said.

Toward the end of the program, dancers from the University of Cagayan Valley entertained the crowd as they performed and showcased their talent in dancing through cultural and retro dance.

The program ended with a Socialization Night as they celebrated the ENDLESS FUN in Cagayan with love, friendship, and camaraderie.
