Spring Festival Celebration 2023

The Consulate of the People’s Republic of China in Laoag City hosted the Spring Festival Celebration last February 4, 2023. They welcomed the delegation of the Provincial Government of Cagayan at Fort Ilocandia Hotel Resort, Laoag City.
The Governor of Ilocos Norte, Honorable Matthew Marcos Manotoc, expressed his gratitude and good wishes to Chinese citizens and Filipino-Chinese communities.
The Honorable Governor Manuel Mamba delivered his message about the possibility of partnering with China for the development of Cagayan for tourism and agri-tourism.
The said celebration signified prosperity, union and new beginnings as they look forward to expanding collaboration for the development of the province.
