The Provincial Government of Cagayan through the Cagayan Tourism Office headed by En.P Jenifer Junio-Baquiran, and Ms. Sally Vitug the Supervising Tourism Operations Officer is conducting today a Filipino Brand of Service Excellence Training at Villablanca Hotel, Tuguegarao City in partnership with the Department of Tourism Region 02.
The Filipino Brand of Service Excellence Program promotes the best qualities and positive values of Filipino hospitality. It is envisioned to enhance and uplift the quality of tourism services in the country aimed at fostering excellent service to tourists as part of our distinct Filipino brand. Thereby, the excellence in service becomes a regional brand and a holistic national identity.
The said activity is attended by Capitol Guides, Primary Tourism Enterprises, Callao Guides, ITOPCOP, Cagayan Museum and Provincial Library guides, barangay officials and constituents within the facility, senior high school students, vendors, Provincial Vet employees, Nassiping Vendors, Office of the Provincial Agriculturist staff, and Cagayan Tourism Office Staff with a total of 188 attendees.
