The Provincial Government of Cagayan, under the leadership of Governor Gen. Edgar B. Aglipay (Ret.), alongside the Cagayan Tourism Office headed by En.P Jenifer Junio-Baquiran, extends heartfelt congratulations to the Local Government Unit of Tuguegarao City being distinguished as a Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Government Partner Awardee by the Department of Tourism (DOT).
This prestigious recognition was conferred by DOT Undersecretary Ma. Rica Bueno during the FBSE Summit 2025, themed โThe Power of FBSE: Paving the Way for a Culture-Centered Nation,โ held at Bellevue Hotel in Alabang, Muntinlupa City on July 21, 2025.
City Tourism Officer Gina Adducul accepted the award on behalf of City Mayor Maila Rosario S. Ting-Que, accompanied by City Councilors Anthony Tuddao, Mark Angelo Dayag, Myrna Te, Lope Apostol Jr., SK Federation President Cerene Pearl Quilang, and LNB President Restituto Ramirez.
The FBSE initiative by the Department of Tourism seeks to elevate tourism services across the nation by promoting Filipino core values and hospitality excellence.
