The Cagayan Tourism Office team headed by En.P. Jenifer Junio-Baquiran would like to congratulate the Local Government Unit of Allacapan for the successful opening program of yesterday’s Patronal Town Fiesta Float Parade!
The Board of Judges was Dr. Troy Alexander Miano, Regional Director, Department of Tourism – Region II, En.P. Jenifer Junio-Baquiran, Officer-In-Charge of the Cagayan Tourism Office, and Engr. Elma Urbina, Provincial Director, Department of the Interior and Local Government – Region II. They evaluated the grand floats, made by the people of Allacapan, based on the criteria for judging.
The guest speaker that was present at the said festivity was Mr. Jonathan Paul Leoson Jr., Regional Director of DILG – R2.
Congratulations on a triumphant Patronal Town Fiesta Float Parade! Certainly, endless fun comes with an endless parade!
