Buguey Agri Festival
● Agri Fiesta featuring the Lechon, Pinakbet, and Kakanin Festival
The Buguey Agri Fiesta is an annual celebration held every last week of April, showcasing the vibrant agricultural heritage and culinary delights of Buguey. One of the festival’s main attractions is the grand roasting of one hundred forty (140) pigs, including a special selection of twenty (20) pigs stuffed with the renowned Buguey Mangrove Crabs. This event not only serves as a dynamic platform to promote tourism but also highlights our local products, fostering sustainable economic growth within our community. Moreover, the festival plays a crucial role in advancing food security, ensuring that the abundant harvests of Buguey’s rich agricultural landscape are enjoyed by both our residents and visitors alike.
