Last December 30, 2024 at Villablanca Hotel, Tuguegarao City, the Insurgency-Free Cagayan: Ways Forward for Sustainable Development Forum was led by Governor Manuel Mamba and attended by key stakeholders from the Provincial Government of Cagayan, military, police, private sector, media, and NGOs. Together, they engaged in comprehensive discussions to formulate strategic development plans, ensuring the sustainability of peace and progress in the province.
